Customer Review :
All wheel steering is awesome! : Pacific Cycle Schwinn Quad Steer 4x4 Wagon - Steel
I purchased this wagon for my kids about a week ago. It arrived relatively quick and I tried to put it together but the package contained two left handle frames. I called the number in the instruction book the next day and they promptly sent out the correct piece. Unfortunately the piece I received was about an inch too long so I couldn't finish the wagon. I called again and they are sending a replacement part again.
I like the wagon because it seems to be pretty sturdy but when I tightened the screws/bolts, each screw heads stripped out way too easily. Half of the screws that hold the wooden signs on each side are too long (only by a 16th inch or so) so they rattle around. That on top of a replacement part that was incorrect size makes me think there are quality control issues in the manufacturing process. I plan to hit up my local hardware store tomorrow for a few higher grade screws.
I would recommend this wagon to a friend but only if they don't mind spending a few dollars buying better screws.
